Fran worked hard to get my land sold; appreciate his dedication and follow-through.

My agent, Fran Matott, was amazing to deal with. He sold me my NH getaway in 2020. Being remote in Massachusetts wasn’t a problem. He made everything perfect. Now I have to sell our place due to medical situation. Of course I didn’t hesitate to call on him again. He made a business dealing more like a good friend helping out. Same as 5 years ago.

We had an excellent experience with Fran Matott at the Littleton NH office. Friendly and professional. You don't find people like this everyday!! Good sense of humor also...

Fran is the best.

Our discussions regarding the selling of a Vermont home were always met by Fran Matott with optimism and confidence of a sale. Given the fact the property was in Vermont and we live in Massachusetts, Fran always filled in for many of the situations that were difficult for us to handle. No matter what the challenge he was always dependable. It would certainly be very difficult to find anyone that could beat his organizational skills as well as his sociability. Fran was amazing. I had zero clue how to buy a home in Vermont while living in Louisiana. He communicated with the sellers agent, our Louisiana agent for the sale of our home there, assisted me with finding lenders, inspections, appraisals, seeing problems through until resolved. I called about a home years ago and Fran was the only agent I knew in the area and that was from an email relationship that started from that phone call. He knows his job, and does it well. Thanks Fran!!

Fran truly was a top tier, white glove agent! He went above and beyond. Fran communicated with me for several months before even getting to the area to look at homes. He filtered through my long list of properties and organized a full day of home tours while I was in town. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things at each home tours to be aware of and helped me to be sure I was making the best choice for myself and my daughter. He wrote a glowing letter to help my offer be accepted and I never had any questions about what to expect during the home buying process. All of the individuals he recommended were equally as incredible and spoke so highly of him. I can’t thank Fran enough for how wonderful he made the home buying process from 1500 miles away! I will recommend him every time I hear of someone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Fran was amazing!!!! My primary residence is nearly 4 hours south of Whitefield NH, so I had some hesitations. After my initial meeting with Fran, who was ON TIME, he patiently took his time to walk me through the steps on exactly how this process works, the timelines, the legalities and every other step along the way. Before long, we were off and running as I had signed all the paperwork to move the process to the next step. From the time the "Caravan" of real estate agents was organized, to the for-sale sign going up, to multiple showings at all hours of day, night and weekends, until the sign was removed as the property had sold, Fran was excellent. His communication skills are on point and rock solid; he kept me up to date at least daily if not several times a day (via email, text and phone). I knew about every appointment for which he had showings, the results of those showings and the feedback.... almost as if I was there with him! In my opinion, the communication, being an incredible people person, strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry sets Fran apart from most. Now I'm not the one who usually writes reviews/recommendations, but this one was most deserving. If you need an agent who knows what he's doing, you'd be doing yourself an injustice by not reaching out to Badger Peabody & Smith Realty and in particular Mr. Fran Matott. One Happy Customer -Denim (P.S., from the time the actual for-sale sign went up until the physical closing day took place, was about 3 weeks!)

When I decided to sell I had several concerns and questions about the process. I sat down with Fran and he outlined a plan to get this done in a timely and beneficial way. To say he delivered on that plan would be an understatement. We encountered a bit of an issue along the way and Fran's ability to navigate that seamlessly and keep me informed at every step of the way was very reassuring. I would give Fran a 10 out of 10 on every aspect of an agents responsibilities during the selling process. My Wife and I met Fran a year ago when we decided to purchase property in New Hampshire. Fran was always right upfront about everything regarding properties we were searching for, how to weigh in the pros and cons of different properties and he was always available for questions. Fran took the time and care to listen to our goals, and concerns if things came up with particular properties we were searching. If we asked a question and he didn't know the answer (which was rare) he would go out of his way to find the answers and communicate that with my wife and I so that we made the best educated decisions of what to do next in our property search. Great working with Fran

Fran was wonderful. I've never sold a house before. He explained everything and than some! He made frequent trips to the property to let plumbers etc in, so I didn't have to travel an hour each way to do so. His professionalism was on point! He also listened to what I wanted. That meant a ton. The property sold quickly and 20k above marketability assessment. (The heirs are happy about that). I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying! Most importantly, during this whole process, he knew what I wanted was to honor my Uncle. He did very well!
